ところが、他で仕事をした経験がないと、他社から委託して仕事を請けるといったノウハウがなかなか身につかないわけです。要件定義書だったり仕様書だったり、書いたことがないシステム屋ってなかなか大きい仕事を任せて貰えないという。で、NTTデータさんとか大手の下で仕事をやろうとすると磨耗して、ベンチャー企業を志したはずが単なるソフトハウスになってしまう的な。気づいたら30歳を超えてましたみたいな。
